The Mill Bank Own Hunt is back for 2023!

Saturday 24th June, between 11am-3pm – a perfect family-friendly day out.

St Mary’s School in Mill Bank will once again be running the brilliant Owl Hunt. With an eco theme – ‘Let’s Protect Our Planet’ – all the homemade owls will be crafted by local school children, pre-schools and community groups using recycled and recyclable materials.

Saturday 24th June (11am-3pm)

A fun, family-friendly day out including a trail of the village, real-life birds of prey, food and craft stalls.

Chance to see a parliament of owls in real-life.

You’ll be able to pick up your trail map, meet real-life birds of prey, browse our food and craft stalls and enjoy a well-deserved refreshment break.

Mill Bank is a small village with limited parking so we kindly ask you to be mindful of our local residents and not park in private spaces or block entry and exit ways.

The Owl Hunt can’t happen without the help and support of a fabulous team of volunteers, local families and businesses.

We send huge thanks to all those who have volunteered to make the day a success and to those who have provided monetary donations/sponsorship or prizes.
